Dual-signal-wave optical parametric oscillators (DSW OPOs) around 1.5 ¿m by using two periodically poled crystals was demonstrated experimentally. The widely tunable wavelength interval from 2.5 nm to 69.1 nm was obtained. It can be used for generation of terahertz (THz) waves from 0.38.9 THz by different frequency generation. With the incident pump power of 3 W at 50 kHz, the DSW OPO generated 169.6 mW maximum average power of dual signal waves at 1489.2 nm and 1558.3 nm.
