The rapid development of electric vehicles and accompanying charging infrastructure has strengthened the connection between the power grid and the transportation network. In order to better coordinate the operation of the power grid and the transportation network, this paper proposes an optimal pricing strategy for charging stations considering mixed traffic flows composed of internal combustion vehicles and electric vehicles. Taking the operating costs of the power grid and the transportation network as the objective, and the charging station electricity prices as the variables, an optimization problem is constructed. Considering the response of users in the transportation network to the electricity price scheme, the optimization problem is described as a bi-level programming. Finally, the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is employed, and simulation is used to verify the effectiveness of the optimal pricing strategy.
