Spectral Spatial Fluctuations (SSF) of CMBR temperature must be a result of interaction of primordial molecules with CMBR and protoobjects moving with peculiar velocities relative to CMBR. Expected values of /spl Delta/T/T /spl sim/10/sup -5/-10/sup -6/ and bandwidth of the lines is 0.1-3% depending on the scale of protoobjects and red shifts. It is proposed to use 2 m mm radio telescope of Tuorla Observatory, Finland (MSRT) for search of SSF in mm band. Characteristics of MSRT equipped by a chopper flat and 7/spl times/4 beam cryo-microbolometer array with RF multiplexer in the band of 88-100 GHz are described, ways to reduce instrumental effects are discussed. Expected /spl Delta/T/T is 2/spl middot/10/sup -5/ near NCP with 6'-7' resolution of differential CMBR maps which may be used for SSF search at 1/spl les/1000.
