The takeoff warning system is designed to alert pilots when the aircraft is not in its respective configurations in order to perform a safe takeoff by generating warnings, visual and audible alerts. The flight control warning switches are connected in parallel, and in series with these switches there is a ground detection circuit in the air and a circuit that arms the takeoff warning system. This paper details the implementation of equipment, control panels and their enablement through the HCSCI configurator integrating the hardware with the X-Plane flight simulator to perform the operational check of the Takeoff Warning System of the Boeing 737-500 aircraft. The results have been verified through the procedure of the Maintenance Manual of an applicable aircraft according to ATA 31
