In order to be able to test the accuracy and reliability of strapdown inertial navigation algorithms more effectively and break through the technical problems of physical experiments, the development of a ship trajectory data processing system based on big data analysis technology is particularly important. Taking the ship trajectory data processing system as the research object, according to the characteristics of strapdown inertial navigation system, a set of ship trajectory data processing system based on big data analysis technology is designed and implemented. Selected 50,000 historical track data points of 220 ships in a certain river-crossing bridge area parsed from AIS data packets as experimental samples, from the comparison of manual observation results with manual track automatic mining and the overall recognition rate of experimental data analysis. Experiments show that the manually marked track area is consistent with the results obtained by automatic density clustering under the ship's bridge area navigation model algorithm. The algorithm can effectively extract the track cluster of the ship's coordinates and realize the intelligent mining of the ship's track.
