This paper deals with extracting velocity information of multiple moving objects through region matching and cluster analysis. The region matching process attempt to establish the correspondence between regions formed by moving objects at successive input images, so that relevant velocity information can be inferred. The clustering process attempts to identify individual moving objects by grouping regions with similar characteristics into separate cluster.
