In the scenario of vehicle-road collaboration, it will make full use of the integration of vehicle-side and road-side sensing devices to eliminate perception blind spots. The road-side sensing equipment is responsible for most of the sensing tasks. The various data collected by it can be uploaded and sent through the RSU. When the business latency requirements are high, the local MEC (Mobile Edge Computing) complete the calculation, and then send it to vehicles or pedestrians through RSU. Therefore, it can be considered that RSU is responsible for the tasks of high-density monitoring and periodic distribution. Based on this, in view of the shortcomings of the prior art, the present invention aims to provide a method of RSU time information forwarding strategy in V2X scenarios, which can expand the coverage of notification information, flexibly rely on the communication between people, vehicles, roads and networks, and increase the safety level of traffic accidents. The accuracy of the setting has the advantage of adapting to the new technical background of V2X.
