We report on performance of a two-stage diode-pumped Ytterbium-doped fluoride-phosphate-glass laser-amplifier system. Broadband amplification of chirped 2,5 ns pulses at 1 Hz repetition rate was demonstrated resulting in 100 mJ-pulses with a bandwidth of 15 nm centered at 1032 nm.
