Biofertilizer is an assortment of organic fertilizers that incorporates live organisms into the soil to boost soil health and plant growth. Traditional collaborative filtering was utilized in the prior study, but the approach did not take into consideration the specific characteristics of the coffee plantations. The proposed research work describes a method for optimizing bio-fertilizer recommendations in coffee farms using deep collaborative matrix factorization. To obtain the best outcomes, the intricate correlations between coffee plant health, soil qualities, climate conditions, and various bio-fertilizers are observed and tailored. The proposed methodology was tested using a collection of ratings from Indian coffee farmers. The findings demonstrated that the system could recommend biofertilizers with excellent accuracy and precision. The algorithm could also offer biofertilizers that were appropriate for the unique conditions of the coffee crops. In addition, the system was able to offer biofertilizers that are well-suited to the unique conditions of the coffee plants.
