During the operation of the car, the voltage utilization rate of the DC bus is low. In order to improve the voltage utilization rate, this paper firstly analyzes the control model of mine car traction asynchronous motor theoretically, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of indirect vector control and direct vector control. Secondly, the multi-mode modulation algorithm of car traction control is proposed, and the switching points suitable for different running frequencies of car are established. The experimental results show that the output torque waveform conforms to the expected current waveform.
