Because the image will be interfered by some factors in the process of ingathering, transmission and storage, resulting in poor image quality, the final image quality will not meet its requirement resulting. In this paper, a good method of quality evaluation based on evidence theory is proposed for speedily filtering high-quality image from optical images. Through the analysis and selection of image quality evaluation, the image quality characteristic matrix is fuzzy amalgamated. This method can improve the accuracy of image quality evaluation. The validity of the algorithm is also verified through some experimental tests.
