This paper focuses on the aerodynamic modeling and simulation system development of single-rotor helicopters. The helicopter aerodynamic model mainly adopts the idea of object-oriented and component modeling to establish the main rotor aerodynamic model. The aerodynamic modeling method of the propeller and Bailey theory are used a simplified aerodynamic model of the tail propeller. The data interpolation method is mainly used for the aerodynamic modeling of the fuselage. With the open source OSG osgEarth as the rendering engine, we developed a large-scale flight simulation terrain spanning 5 degrees of latitude and longitude with accurate geographic information. In terms of 3D modeling, it mainly studies 3D modeling and material mapping of aircraft, the dynamic blur of high-speed rotors, and terrain. It mainly looks at data preparation, processing, special effects, and rendering based on osgEarth terrain. With the dynamic model as the background support, OSG and osgEarth conduct flight simulation visual rendering and establish a single-rotor helicopter flight simulation system with dynamic output meeting the flight mechanics tool.
