The diversity of railway gauge is caused by historical reasons, and its shortcomings have been exposed to Modern railway transportation. At present, the solutions to Logistics and transport issues between different gauge railways are mainly to change transport equipment. And different ways to replace Bogie will affect the size of the frontier transshipping station, operating efficiency and investment costs. Compared with four different methods, their strengths and weaknesses are given, and on this basis, a new structural design of bogie unit is proposed, as well as does the corresponding economic benefit analysis.
