Temperature-dependent thermophysical properties of the thermal insulation tile are simultaneously identified with temperature measurements inside the specimen. Kirchhoff transform is introduced to solve the nonlinear one-dimensional heat conduction problem. In addition, a modified Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm (LMA) is employed for solving the inverse problem. Finally, the identification algorithm is validated by high-temperature testing system. The results show that the proposed method is effective and feasible for the estimation of thermal conductivity and heat capacity of the thermal insulation tile.
