200 /spl mu/m thickness of film-like display was developed and a contrast ratio of 35 with a driving voltage of 20 V was observed. In addition, organic TFT is used to drive LCD display. 0.05 cm/sup 2//Vs of electron mobility and 10/sup 5/ of current on/off ratio are achieved.
