Adaptive optics to improve beam quality of the high power lasers, including femtosecond lasers increased greatly during last years - good laser beam quality is essential for many scientific and industrial applications. In this paper, a recent result in the application of our adaptive optical systems to correct for the aberrations of various laser beams is presented. Our adaptive system consists of a semipassive bimorph mirror with a number of control electrodes as a wavefront corrector, Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensor, block of electronics and software performed to work with standard PC.
