With the increasing complexity of contemporary war, the importance of manned/unmanned aircraft cooperative engagement has become more and more important. By means of human decision-making and the advantages of the UAVs, the advantages of the UAV will be maximized, which can deal with the complex and diverse wartime environment flexibly and effectively. Herein the operational pattern analysis is carried out from the point of view of functional coordination and tactical coordination, and a centralized control and a distributed control are combined to give full play to the decision-making ability of manned aerial vehicles as well as the autonomy and adaptive ability of UAVs. Moreover, modeling and simulation analysis are made with a manned/unmanned cooperative tracking task as an example, and consistency on the condition of network delay is discussed herein.
