Disclosed are a battery diagnosis apparatus and a battery diagnosis method. The battery diagnosis apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a processor that controls a stimulus-applying device to intermittently apply a second electrical stimulus, greater than a first electrical stimulus, to a target cell during a state change period; and a communication unit that acquires time-series data of current during the state change period and time-series data of voltage indicating a history of changes in a full-cell voltage of the target cell during rest periods of the second electrical stimulus applied during the state change period. The processor generates a measured full-cell profile on the basis of the time-series data of current and the time-series data of voltage, and analyzes the measured full-cell profile to estimate an end point of positive electrode participation.

    L'invention concerne un appareil de diagnostic de batterie et un procédé de diagnostic de batterie. L'appareil de diagnostic de batterie selon la présente invention comprend : un processeur qui commande un dispositif d'application de stimulus destiné à appliquer par intermittence un second stimulus électrique, supérieur à un premier stimulus électrique, à une cellule cible pendant une période de changement d'état ; et une unité de communication qui acquiert des données chronologiques de courant pendant la période de changement d'état et des données chronologiques de tension indiquant un historique de changements dans une tension de cellule complète de la cellule cible pendant des périodes de repos du second stimulus électrique appliqué pendant la période de changement d'état. Le processeur génère un profil de cellule complète mesuré sur la base des données de série chronologique de courant et des données de série chronologique de tension, et analyse le profil de cellule complète mesuré pour estimer un point de fin de participation d'électrode positive.
