The present invention relates to a steering column bearing assembly and, more specifically, to a steering column bearing assembly, which can reduce noise and block the inflow of foreign material. The steering column bearing assembly according to the present invention comprises a bearing, an outer mold part, an inner mold part and a sealing means. The outer mold part has an outer ring of the bearing fixedly mounted therein, and is inserted into and fixed to a housing of the steering column. The inner mold part has an inner ring of the bearing fixedly mounted therein, and has a shaft of the steering column inserted therein. The sealing means includes: a reinforcing frame having a wall part inserted into and supported by the inner circumference of the inner mold part, and a flange part protruding from the wall part in the radial direction; and a sealing member which is elastic such that one side thereof is coupled to the flange part and the other side thereof can come into close contact with the shaft. According to the present invention, a gap between the inner mold part of the sealing means and the shaft is sealed so that the release of noise generated in the steering column can be reduced. In addition, according to the present invention, an elastic ring presses the sealing member and causes same to come into close contact with the shaft. Therefore, the inflow of foreign material can be blocked, and sliding force of the bearing assembly can be suitably maintained.

    La présente invention concerne un ensemble palier de colonne de direction et, plus particulièrement, un ensemble palier de colonne de direction qui peut réduire le bruit et bloquer l'entrée de matières étrangères. L'ensemble palier de colonne de direction selon la présente invention comprend un palier, une partie moule externe, une partie moule interne et un moyen d'étanchéité. La partie moule externe a une bague externe du palier montée à demeure en son sein, et est insérée dans un carter de la colonne de direction, et fixée à celui-ci. La partie moule interne a une bague interne du palier montée à demeure en son sein, et a un arbre de la colonne de direction inséré en son sein. Le moyen d'étanchéité comprend : un cadre de renforcement ayant une partie paroi insérée dans la circonférence interne de la partie moule interne, et supportée par celle-ci, et une partie bride faisant saillie à partir de la partie paroi dans la direction radiale ; et un élément d'étanchéité qui est élastique de sorte qu'un côté de celui-ci est accouplé à la partie bride et l'autre côté de celui-ci peut venir en contact étroit avec l'arbre. Selon la présente invention, un espace entre la partie moule interne du moyen d'étanchéité et l'arbre est scellé de sorte que la libération de bruit généré dans la colonne de direction peut être réduite. De plus, selon la présente invention, une bague élastique presse l'élément d'étanchéité et l'amène à venir en contact étroit avec l'arbre. Par conséquent, l'entrée de matières étrangères peut être bloquée, et la force de coulissement de l'ensemble palier peut être maintenue de manière appropriée.

    본 발명은 스티어링 칼럼용 베어링 조립체에 대한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 소음을 저감시키고 이물질의 유입을 차단할 수 있는 스티어링 칼럼용 베어링 조립체에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 스티어링 칼럼용 베어링 조립체는 베어링과, 아웃몰드부와, 이너몰드부와, 씰링수단을 포함한다. 상기 아웃몰드부는 상기 베어링의 외륜이 고정장착되며, 스티어링 칼럼의 하우징에 삽입되어 고정된다. 상기 이너몰드부는 상기 베어링의 내륜이 고정장착되며, 상기 스터어링 칼럼의 샤프트가 삽입된다. 상기 씰링수단은 상기 이너몰드부의 내경에 끼워져서 지지되는 벽부와 상기 벽부에서 반경방향으로 돌기된 플랜지부를 구비한 보강테와, 일측은 상기 플랜지부에 결합되고 타측은 샤프트에 밀착될 수 있게 탄성으로 된 씨일재를 구비한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 씰링수단의 이너몰드부와 샤프트 사이를 밀폐시키므로 스트어링 칼럼에서 발생되는 소음이 방출되는 것을 감소시킬 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 의하면 탄성링이 씨일재를 가압하여 샤프트에 밀착시킨다. 그래서 이물질이 유입되는 것을 차단시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 베어링 조립체의 습동력을 적절하게 유지시킬 수 있다.
