An operation method of an apparatus included in an underwater communication network, according to one embodiment of the present application, comprises the steps of: receiving user location information in the underwater communication network, wherein the location information indicates a first location included in a N-th layer (where n is a natural number) on the underwater communication network; and performing first positioning for the first location; establishing a link with a pair node corresponding to a second location included in the N-th layer on the basis of optical communication after the first positioning is completed; and assisting second positioning for an (N+k)-th layer (where k is a natural number) located deeper than the N-th layer in the underwater communication network.

    Un procédé de fonctionnement d'un appareil inclus dans un réseau de communication sous-marin, selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, comprend les procédés consistant à : recevoir des informations de localisation de l'utilisateur dans le réseau de communication sous-marin, les informations de localisation indiquant un premier emplacement inclus dans une N-ième couche (où n est un nombre naturel) sur le réseau de communication sous-marin ; et mettre en œuvre un premier positionnement pour le premier emplacement ; établir un lien avec un nœud pair correspondant à un deuxième emplacement inclus dans la N-ième couche sur la base d'une communication optique après que le premier positionnement est terminé ; et assister le deuxième positionnement pour une (N+k)-ième couche (où k est un nombre naturel) située plus profondément que la N-ième couche dans le réseau de communication sous-marin.
