Provided are a charging control apparatus and a charging control method. The charging control apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a voltage sensor for detecting the voltage of a battery cell; and a control unit configured to execute an intermittent charging process for alternately repeating a charging mode and an idle mode for the battery cell. The control unit performs, on the condition that the charging mode is switched to the idle mode while the intermittent charging process is being executed, the following operations of: determining an internal resistance of the battery cell on the basis of the amount of change in the voltage of the battery cell during an idle period in which the idle mode is maintained; and recording internal resistance in association with a state of charge (SOC) of the battery cell.

    L'invention concerne un appareil de commande de charge et un procédé de commande de charge. L'appareil de commande de charge selon la présente invention comprend : un capteur de tension pour détecter la tension d'un élément de batterie ; et une unité de commande configurée pour exécuter un processus de charge intermittente pour répéter en alternance un mode de charge et un mode inactif pour l'élément de batterie. L'unité de commande effectue, à condition que le mode de charge soit commuté en mode inactif pendant que le processus de charge intermittente est en cours d'exécution, les opérations suivantes : la détermination d'une résistance interne de l'élément de batterie sur la base de la quantité de changement de la tension de l'élément de batterie pendant une période inactive au cours de laquelle le mode inactif est maintenu ; et l'enregistrement de la résistance interne en association avec un état de charge (SOC) de l'élément de batterie.

    충전 제어 장치 및 충전 제어 방법이 제공된다. 본 발명에 따른 충전 제어 장치는, 배터리 셀의 전압을 검출하는 전압 센서 및 상기 배터리 셀에 대한 충전 모드 및 휴지 모드가 교대로 반복되도록 하는 간헐 충전 프로세스를 실행하도록 구성되는 제어부를 포함한다. 상기 제어부는, 상기 간헐 충전 프로세스가 실행되는 중 상기 충전 모드로부터 상기 휴지 모드로 전환되는 것을 조건으로, 하기의 동작들: 상기 휴지 모드가 지속되는 휴지기에서의 상기 배터리 셀의 전압 변화량을 기초로 상기 배터리 셀의 내부 저항을 결정하는 동작, 및 상기 내부 저항을 상기 배터리 셀의 SOC에 연관시켜 기록하는 동작을 실행하도록 구성된다.
