The present invention relates to an electric vehicle battery charging device for charging a battery of an electric vehicle by using a battery, and a charging method thereof, the device comprising: a rechargeable battery connected to an electric vehicle so as to apply a charging voltage to an electric vehicle battery; an external power supply for supplying AC power or DC power; and a converter control unit which has one end connected to the rechargeable battery and the other end connected to the electric vehicle battery so as to connect the rechargeable battery and the electric vehicle battery in series, and applies a current, which is generated due to power supply by the external power supply, to a circuit connected in series so as to control a charging operation to cause a charging voltage of the rechargeable battery to be applied to an electric vehicle battery side.

    La présente invention concerne un dispositif de charge de batterie de véhicule électrique pour charger une batterie d'un véhicule électrique à l'aide d'une batterie, et son procédé de charge, le dispositif comprenant : une batterie rechargeable connectée à un véhicule électrique de façon à appliquer une tension de charge à une batterie de véhicule électrique ; une alimentation électrique externe pour fournir de l'énergie CA ou de l'énergie CC ; et une unité de commande de convertisseur qui a une extrémité connectée à la batterie rechargeable et l'autre extrémité connectée à la batterie de véhicule électrique de façon à connecter la batterie rechargeable et la batterie de véhicule électrique en série, et applique un courant, qui est généré en raison de l'alimentation électrique par l'alimentation électrique externe, à un circuit connecté en série de façon à commander une opération de charge pour amener une tension de charge de la batterie rechargeable à être appliquée à un côté batterie de véhicule électrique.

    본 발명은 배터리를 이용하여 전기차의 배터리를 충전하기 위한 전기차 배터리 충전장치 및 이의 충전방법에 관한 것으로, 이의 장치는, 전기차와 연결되어 전기차 배터리로 충전 전압을 인가하는 충전용 배터리와, 교류 전원 또는 직류 전원을 공급하는 외부 전원과, 일단이 충전용 배터리와 연결되고 타단은 전기차의 배터리와 연결되어 충전용 배터리와 전기차의 배터리 간을 직렬로 연결하며, 직렬로 연결된 회로에 외부 전원의 전원 공급으로 발생되는 전류를 인가하여, 충전용 배터리의 충전 전압이 전기차의 배터리 측으로 인가되게 충전 동작을 제어하는 컨버터 제어부를 포함한다.
