The present invention provides a method for manufacturing railway vehicle wheel-mounted brake discs, which are mounted at both sides of a railway vehicle wheel, the method comprising: a forging step of molding, by ring rolling, a steel material into a disc-shaped base having a center hole formed in the center thereof; a primary thermal treating step of normalizing and thermally treating the base; a secondary thermal treating step of thermally treating the base through quenching and annealing; (S4) a primary machining step of mechanically-machining the outer surface of the base; a primary inspection step of performing non-destructive inspection on the internal state of the base; a cooling fin formation step of manufacturing a disc by forming, through metal 3D printing, a plurality of cooling fins on one surface of the base having a good inspection result; a secondary inspection step of performing non-destructive inspection on the internal state of the disc; and a secondary machining step of manufacturing a final product by mechanically-machining the disc having the good inspection result.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de disques de frein montés sur une roue de véhicule ferroviaire, qui sont montés des deux côtés d'une roue de véhicule ferroviaire, le procédé comprenant : une étape de forgeage consistant à mouler, par laminage circulaire, un matériau en acier en une base en forme de disque ayant un trou central formé en son centre ; une étape de traitement thermique primaire consistant à normaliser et à traiter thermiquement la base ; une étape de traitement thermique secondaire consistant à traiter thermiquement la base par trempe et recuit ; (S4) une étape d'usinage primaire consistant à usiner mécaniquement la surface externe de la base ; une étape d'inspection primaire consistant à effectuer une inspection non destructive sur l'état interne de la base ; une étape de formation d'ailette de refroidissement consistant à fabriquer un disque par formation, par impression 3D métallique, une pluralité d'ailettes de refroidissement sur une surface de la base ayant un bon résultat d'inspection ; une étape d'inspection secondaire consistant à effectuer une inspection non destructive sur l'état interne du disque ; et une étape d'usinage secondaire consistant à fabriquer un produit final par usinage mécanique du disque ayant le bon résultat d'inspection.
