A traffic signal control system, according to one embodiment disclosed in the present document, may comprise: an object detection unit that detects object information on the basis of a lane image; a capacity calculation unit that calculates cumulative capacities of each object for each lane included in a lane and a corresponding lane to the lane, on the basis of the object information; a occupancy rate calculation unit that calculates an occupancy rate of the lane and the corresponding lane, on the basis of the cumulative capacities of each object; and a cut line setting unit that sets at least one cut line in the lane and the corresponding lane on the basis of the occupancy rate of the lane and the occupancy rate of the corresponding lane.
