Provided are a floating bunkering station and method for producing, storing and supplying an environment-friendly fuel. A floating bunkering station for producing, storing and supplying an environment-friendly fuel according to one embodiment may comprise: a floating body floating offshore; LNG/LPG, ammonia, methanol and ethanol storage and supply units installed on the floating body and for storing and supplying LNG or LPG, ammonia, methanol and ethanol received from LNG or LPG, ammonia, methanol and ethanol carriers or an environment-friendly fuel conversion unit; a hydrogen storage and supply unit installed on the floating body and for storing and supplying hydrogen received from at least one from among a hydrogen carrier, the environment-friendly fuel conversion unit, and a hydrogen production unit; and the environment-friendly fuel conversion unit for collecting the generated LNG or LPG and supplying same to the LNG/LPG storage and supply unit, reacting methane or carbon monoxide received from the LNG/LPG storage and supply unit with water to produce hydrogen, and transferring the produced hydrogen to the hydrogen storage and supply unit. In addition, the present invention generates ammonia by means of a chemical combination of hydrogen and nitrogen, and, conversely, may isolate hydrogen from ammonia. In addition, the present invention may collect and store hydrogen by cooling LNG.
L'invention concerne une station de soutage flottante et un procédé de production, de stockage et de fourniture d'un carburant respectueux de l'environnement. Une station de soutage flottante destinée à produire, stocker et fournir un carburant respectueux de l'environnement selon un mode de réalisation peut comprendre : un corps flottant flottant en mer; des unités de stockage et de fourniture de GNL/GPL, d'ammoniac, de méthanol et d'éthanol installées sur le corps flottant et permettant de stocker et de fournir du GNL ou du GPL, de l'ammoniac, du méthanol et de l'éthanol reçus de transporteurs de GNL ou de GPL, d'ammoniac, de méthanol et d'éthanol ou d'une unité de conversion de carburant respectueux de l'environnement; une unité de stockage et de fourniture d'hydrogène installée sur le corps flottant et permettant de stocker et de fournir de l'hydrogène reçu d'un transporteur d'hydrogène, et/ou de l'unité de conversion de carburant respectueux de l'environnement et/ou d'une unité de production d'hydrogène; et l'unité de conversion de carburant respectueux de l'environnement permettant de collecter le GNL ou le GPL généré et de le fournir à l'unité de stockage et de fourniture de GNL/GPL, de faire réagir du méthane ou du monoxyde de carbone reçu de l'unité de stockage et de fourniture de GNL/GPL en eau pour produire de l'hydrogène, et de transférer l'hydrogène produit à l'unité de stockage et de fourniture d'hydrogène. De plus, la présente invention génère de l'ammoniac au moyen d'une combinaison chimique d'hydrogène et d'azote et, inversement, peut isoler l'hydrogène de l'ammoniac. De plus, la présente invention peut collecter et stocker de l'hydrogène par refroidissement du GNL.
