A charging device of the present invention has a waiting line in which an electronic vehicle of a customer waits before charging, and may comprise: a plurality of chargers capable of charging an electric vehicle; a server receiving data relating to the arrival interval distribution of an electric vehicle entering the waiting line and data relating to charging time distribution in which the electric vehicle is charged by the charger; and a control unit for setting an objective function which is the total cost spent on design or operation, by means of the data received by the server. The charging device of the present invention may consider customer patience time conforming to independent and identically distributed random variables when setting the objective function. The customer patience time may indicate a waiting line drop-out rate of the customer giving up on charging without receiving a charging service for the electric vehicle if the waiting time of the customer's electric vehicle in the waiting line exceeds the customer patience time. The control unit may calculate the number of electric vehicle chargers optimizing the objective function.

    La présente invention concerne un dispositif de charge qui comprend une ligne d'attente dans laquelle un véhicule électronique d'un client attend avant la charge et peut comprendre : une pluralité de chargeurs aptes à charger un véhicule électrique; un serveur recevant des données relatives à la distribution d'intervalle d'arrivée d'un véhicule électrique entrant dans la ligne d'attente et des données relatives à la distribution de temps de charge pendant lequel le véhicule électrique est chargé par le chargeur; et une unité de commande pour régler une fonction objective qui est le coût total passé sur la conception ou le fonctionnement, au moyen des données reçues par le serveur. Le dispositif de charge de la présente invention peut prendre en considération le temps de patience du client se conformant à des variables aléatoires indépendantes et distribuées de manière identique lors du réglage de la fonction objective. Le temps de patience du client peut indiquer un taux de perte dans la ligne d'attente du client abandonnant la charge sans recevoir un service de charge pour le véhicule électrique si le temps d'attente du véhicule électrique du client dans la ligne d'attente dépasse le temps de patience du client. L'unité de commande peut calculer le nombre de chargeurs de véhicule électrique optimisant la fonction objective.

    본 발명의 충전 장치는 고객의 전기차가 충전 전에 대기하는 대기열이 형성되고, 전기차가 충전가능한 복수의 충전기, 상기 대기열에 진입하는 전기차의 도착 간격 분포에 대한 데이터, 및 상기 전기차가 충전기에서 충전되는 충전 시간 분포에 대한 데이터를 전송받는 서버, 서버가 전송받은 데이터를 이용하여, 설계 또는 운영시 투입되는 총 비용인 목적 함수를 설정하는 제어부를 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명의 충전 장치는 목적 함수 설정시 독립항등(independently and identically)한 임의의 분포를 따르는 고객 인내 시간을 고려할 수 있고, 상기 고객 인내 시간은 상기 고객의 전기차가 대기열에서 기다리는 시간이 상기 고객 인내 시간을 초과하면 상기 고객의 전기차는 충전을 제공받지 않고 충전을 포기하는 고객의 대기열 이탈률을 의미할 수 있고, 제어부는 상기 목적 함수를 최적화하는 전기차 충전기의 개수를 산출할 수 있다.
