The present invention comprises a damper rubber spring structure in which a support plate (41) is fixed by means of a first bolt (44) or a second bolt (45) onto one side of the upper surface of a lower leaf spring mass (30) in a space between the rear ends of an upper leaf spring mass (20) and the lower leaf spring mass (30), a pair of left and right square rings (42) are fixed to the left and right ends of the support plate (41), respectively, and a rubber rod (43) is supported so as to be movable forward/backward and left/right within the pair of left and right square rings (42). Accordingly, the present invention can absorb large shocks and vibrations generated when a small cargo truck or the like is driven on an unpaved road, a road with a lot of puddles, a speed bump, or the like and, at the same time, reduce rolling of a vehicle body, thereby making it possible to reduce fatigue during driving as well as promoting safe driving such as increasing the lifespan of a shock absorber installed on a rear wheel side and reducing cutting of leaf springs.

    La présente invention comprend une structure de ressort en caoutchouc d'amortisseur dans laquelle une plaque de support (41) est fixée au moyen d'un premier boulon (44) ou d'un second boulon (45) sur un côté de la surface supérieure d'une masse de ressort à lame inférieure (30) dans un espace entre les extrémités arrière d'une masse de ressort à lame supérieure (20) et de la masse de ressort à lame inférieure (30), deux anneaux carrés gauche et droit (42) sont fixés aux extrémités gauche et droite de la plaque de support (41), respectivement, et une tige en caoutchouc (43) est supportée de façon à être mobile vers l'avant/l'arrière et vers la gauche/la droite à l'intérieur des deux anneaux carrés gauche et droit (42). En conséquence, la présente invention peut absorber des chocs et des vibrations importants générés lors de la conduite d'un petit camion de chargement ou similaire sur une route non pavée, une route pleine de flaques d'eau, un ralentisseur ou similaire et, en même temps, réduire le roulement d'une carrosserie de véhicule, ce qui permet de réduire la fatigue pendant la conduite et de favoriser une conduite sûre, par exemple par augmentation de la durée de vie d'un amortisseur installé sur un côté de roue arrière et réduction de la coupe de ressorts à lames.

    본 발명은 상부 판스프링 뭉치(20)와 상기 하부 판스프링 뭉치(30)의 후측단 사이 공간에 하부 판스프링 뭉치(30)의 상면 일측에 제1 볼트(44) 또는 제2 볼트(45)에 의해 지지판(41)이 고정되고, 이 지지판(41)의 좌우 양 끝단에 좌우 한 쌍의 사각링(42)이 고정되고, 좌우 한 쌍의 사각링(42) 내에 전후 및 좌우 이동되도록 고무봉(43)이 지지되는 완충 고무스프링 구조체로 이루어져 있기 때문에 소형 화물트럭 등이 비포장도로 및 웅덩이가 많은 도로 또는 과속 방지턱 등으로 주행할 때 발생되는 큰 충격과 진동을 흡수함과 동시에 차체의 롤링을 감소시켜 줄 수 있으므로, 운전 중 피로감을 줄여 줌은 물론 후륜측에 설치되어 있는 충격 흡수장치(shock absorber)의 수명을 증가 시키고 판스프링의 절단을 감소 시키는 등 안전운행을 도모할 수 있는 장점이 있는 것임.
