An anti-capsizing damped pendulum for a ship. A damped pendulum such as a large fan extends out of the bottom of a ship and is hung at the bottom of the ship, and has two sides thereof being diagonally pulled by means of diagonally pulling anchor chains (8), such that when the hull is swaying left and right, due to the resistance of water to the damped pendulum, the hull will not sway greatly and will not capsize.

    Pendule amorti anti-chavirement destiné à un navire. Un pendule amorti, tel qu'un grand ventilateur, dépasse de la partie inférieure d'un navire et est suspendu à la partie inférieure du navire. Ses deux côtés sont tirés en diagonale au moyen de chaînes d'ancrage à traction diagonale (8), de sorte que lorsque la coque tangue vers la gauche et vers la droite, du fait de la résistance de l'eau vis-à-vis du pendule amorti, la coque ne va pas tanguer fortement et ne chavirera pas.
