A charging management device according to the present invention comprises: a first main relay connected to and disposed between a positive electrode terminal of a battery pack and a first charging terminal of a charging connector; a current regulator which includes a free-charge relay and a resistance regulation circuit connected to each other in series, and is connected to the first main relay in parallel; a voltage sensor for measuring a voltage of the battery pack; a current sensor for measuring a current of the battery pack; and a controller which controls the first main relay to be in an off state, configures the resistance regulation circuit with a first resistance value, controls the first main relay to be in an on state in response to satisfaction of a first conversion condition while executing a first charging process of controlling the free-charge relay to be in an on state, and executes a second charging process of controlling the free-charge relay to be in an off state. The controller configures the resistance regulation circuit with a second resistance value in response to satisfaction of a second conversion condition while the second charging process is being executed, controls the free-charge relay to be in an on state, and executes a third charging process of controlling the first main relay to be in an off state.

    La présente invention concerne un dispositif de gestion de charge qui comprend : un premier relais principal connecté à et disposé entre une borne d'électrode positive d'un bloc-batterie et une première borne de charge d'un connecteur de charge ; un régulateur de courant qui comprend un relais de charge libre et un circuit de régulation de résistance connectés l'un à l'autre en série, et est connecté au premier relais principal en parallèle ; un capteur de tension pour mesurer une tension du bloc-batterie ; un capteur de courant pour mesurer un courant du bloc-batterie ; et un dispositif de commande qui commande le premier relais principal pour qu'il soit dans un état hors tension, configure le circuit de régulation de résistance avec une première valeur de résistance, commande le premier relais principal pour qu'il soit dans un état sous tension en réponse à la satisfaction d'une première condition de conversion tout en exécutant un premier processus de charge consistant à commander le relais de charge libre pour qu'il soit dans un état sous tension, et exécute un deuxième processus de charge consistant à commander le relais de charge libre pour qu'il soit dans un état hors tension. Le dispositif de commande configure le circuit de régulation de résistance avec une seconde valeur de résistance en réponse à la satisfaction d'une seconde condition de conversion tandis que le deuxième processus de charge est en cours d'exécution, commande le relais de charge libre pour qu'il soit dans un état sous tension, et exécute un troisième processus de charge consistant à commander le premier relais principal pour qu'il soit dans un état hors tension.

    본 발명에 따른 충전 관리 장치는, 배터리 팩의 양극 단자와 충전 커넥터의 제1 충전 단자 사이에 연결되는 제1 메인 릴레이; 서로 직렬 연결되는 프리차지 릴레이 및 저항 조절 회로를 구비하고, 상기 제1 메인 릴레이에 병렬 연결되는 전류 조절기; 상기 배터리 팩의 전압을 측정하는 전압 센서; 상기 배터리 팩의 전류를 측정하는 전류 센서; 및 상기 제1 메인 릴레이를 오프 상태로 제어하고, 상기 저항 조절 회로를 제1 저항값으로 설정하고, 상기 프리차지 릴레이를 온 상태로 제어하는 제1 충전 프로세스를 실행하는 중, 제1 전환 조건이 만족된 것에 응답하여, 상기 제1 메인 릴레이를 온 상태로 제어하고, 상기 프리차지 릴레이를 오프 상태로 제어하는 제2 충전 프로세스를 실행하는 컨트롤러를 포함한다. 상기 컨트롤러는, 상기 제2 충전 프로세스가 실행되는 중, 제2 전환 조건이 만족된 것에 응답하여, 상기 저항 조절 회로를 제2 저항값으로 설정하고, 상기 프리차지 릴레이를 온 상태로 제어하고, 상기 제1 메인 릴레이를 오프 상태로 제어하는 제3 충전 프로세스를 실행한다.
