Disclosed are a system for managing a river using a drone and a method therefor according to an embodiment. The system for managing a river comprises: a moving device on which a lidar, a hyperspectral sensor, and an optical camera are mounted, and which acquires distance information using the lidar and acquires hyperspectral images and optical images using the hyperspectral sensor and the optical camera while flying in an area under investigation; and a relay device that constructs a river information DB for the area under investigation by analyzing the distance information, the hyperspectral images, and the optical images while moving along the area under investigation as the moving device moves.

    Un système de gestion d'une rivière à l'aide d'un drone et son procédé sont divulgués selon un mode de réalisation. Le système de gestion d'une rivière comprend : un dispositif mobile sur lequel un lidar, un capteur hyperspectral et une caméra optique sont montés, et qui acquiert des informations de distance à l'aide du lidar et acquiert des images hyperspectrales et des images optiques à l'aide du capteur hyperspectral et de la caméra optique tout en volant dans une zone à étudier ; et un dispositif de relais qui construit une DB d'informations de rivière pour la zone à étudier par analyse des informations de distance, des images hyperspectrales et des images optiques tout en se déplaçant le long de la zone à étudier à mesure que le dispositif mobile se déplace.

    실시예에 의한 드론을 이용하여 하천을 관리하기 위한 시스템 및 그 방법이 개시된다. 상기 하천 관리 시스템은 라이다, 초분광 센서, 광학 카메라가 장착되고, 조사 대상 영역을 비행하면서 상기 라이다를 이용하여 거리 정보를 획득하고, 상기 초분광 센서와 상기 광학 카메라를 이용하여 초분광 영상과 광학 영상을 획득하는 이동 장치; 및 상기 이동 장치의 이동에 따라 상기 조사 대상 영역을 따라 이동하면서, 상기 거리 정보, 상기 초분광 영상, 상기 광학 영상을 분석하여 상기 조사 대상 영역에 대한 하천 정보 DB를 구축하는 중계 장치를 포함한다.
