According to an embodiment, disclosed is a hydro crusher for water treatment without loss of media, comprising: a body unit (4) having an internal space containing flow particles (M); a raw water inlet port (1) which is operatively coupled to the body unit (4) so as to supply raw water into the internal space of the body unit (4); a cyclone unit (5) which is located in the internal space of the body unit (4); and a communication pipe (6) which allows the body unit (4) and the cyclone unit (5) to communicate with each other, wherein the raw water that is sterilized while spinning in the internal space of the body unit (4) is partially introduced in the cyclone unit (5) through the communication pipe (6), the sterilized raw water introduced from the cyclone unit (5) is partially discharged through a first discharge pipe (11), remaining sterilized raw water that is introduced from the cyclone unit (5) is discharged through a second discharge pipe (12), and the sterilized raw water discharged through the first discharge pipe (11) is mixed with the raw water introduced through the raw water inlet port (1).
