The present disclosure relates to a hybrid material panel assembly for a vehicle. The panel assembly includes a panel and a plurality of mounting flanges integrally formed with the panel. The panel is formed of a first material having a first coefficient of thermal expansion. The plurality of mounting flanges are formed of a second material having a second coefficient of thermal expansion, where each of the plurality of mounting flanges include a mounting area that defines a mounting surface and at least one mounting hole. The first coefficient of thermal expansion is greater than the second coefficient of thermal expansion.

    La présente invention concerne un ensemble panneau en matériau hybride pour un véhicule. L'ensemble panneau comprend un panneau et une pluralité de brides de montage formées d'un seul tenant avec le panneau. Le panneau est composé d'un premier matériau ayant un premier coefficient de dilatation thermique. La pluralité de brides de montage est formée d'un second matériau ayant un second coefficient de dilatation thermique, chacune de la pluralité de brides de montage comprenant une zone de montage qui définit une surface de montage et au moins un trou de montage. Le premier coefficient de dilatation thermique est supérieur au second coefficient de dilatation thermique.
