The present invention may provide a lifter comprising: a frame; a chain which includes a first axis and a second axis arranged on the frame to be spaced apart from each other in the height direction, the chain being wound on the first axis and the second axis; a motor for rotating the first axis or the second axis; and a holder coupled to the chain and moving along the frame. The frame includes an inner rail and an outer rail, and the holder includes a body, a connecting bar of which an end is rotatably coupled to the body, a first roller rotatably coupled to the other end of the connecting bar and arranged between the inner rail and the outer rail, and a first torsion spring of which an end is coupled to the connecting bar and the other end is coupled to the body, wherein the first torsion spring is arranged to have the recovery force as the angle between the lengthwise direction of the connecting bar and the height direction of the frame increases.
