Disclosed are a device and a method for balancing battery packs connected in parallel to each other. According to the present invention, when a pack voltage deviation of a first to an n-th battery pack exceeds a first threshold value, a battery cell is discharged, and a pack balancing operation is performed in each battery pack unit, wherein the battery cell has a voltage higher than a pack balancing target voltage configured according to a preconfigured criterion from among all cell voltages. In addition, when the pack voltage deviation has a value equal to or smaller than the first threshold value, a battery cell is discharged, and the pack balancing operation is performed in each battery pack unit, wherein the battery cell has a voltage higher than the pack balancing target voltage configured according to the preconfigured criterion from among voltages of cells included in a battery pack, the cell voltage deviation of which exceeds a second threshold value.

    Dispositif et procédé d'équilibrage de blocs-batteries connectés en parallèle les uns aux autres. Selon la présente invention, lorsqu'un écart de tension de bloc d'un premier à un nème bloc-batterie dépasse une première valeur seuil, une cellule de batterie est déchargée, et une opération d'équilibrage de bloc est effectuée dans chaque unité de bloc-batterie, la cellule de batterie ayant une tension supérieure à une tension cible d'équilibrage de bloc configurée selon un critère préconfiguré parmi toutes les tensions de cellule.     본 발명은, 병렬 연결된 배터리 팩의 밸런싱 장치 및 방법을 개시한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 제1 내지 제n배터리 팩의 팩 전압 편차가 제1임계값을 초과하면, 전체 셀 전압 중에서 미리 설정된 기준에 따라 설정된 팩 밸런싱 목표 전압보다 전압이 높은 배터리 셀을 방전시켜 팩 밸런싱 동작을 각각의 배터리 팩 단위에서 진행한다. 또한, 팩 전압 편차가 제1임계값 이하가 되면, 셀 전압 편차가 제2임계값을 초과하는 배터리 팩에 포함된 셀들의 전압 중에서 미리 설정된 기준에 따라 설정된 셀 밸런싱 목표 전압보다 전압이 높은 배터리 셀을 방전시켜 셀 밸런싱 동작을 각각의 배터리 팩 단위에서 진행한다.
