An unmanned aerial vehicle (100), comprising: a body (10); and a fixed-wing assembly (30) and a rotor assembly (20), which are replaceably connected to the body (10). The fixed-wing assembly (30) and the body (10) are connected to form a fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle that can take off and land vertically, and the rotor assembly (20) and the body (10) are connected to form a multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle, so as to achieve an unmanned aerial vehicle that can switch between a fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle that can take off and land vertically and a multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle.
