An intermediate shaft of a vehicle steering system according to the present invention comprises: a yoke tube in which a plurality of first grooves extending in the axial direction on the inner peripheral surface of one end thereof are formed to be spaced apart from each other along the circumferential direction; a yoke shaft in which a plurality of second grooves respectively opposed to the plurality of first grooves extend in the axial direction and are formed to be spaced apart from each other along the circumferential direction on the outer circumferential surface of one end thereof inserted into one end of the yoke tube; a plurality of balls inserted into the plurality of first grooves and the plurality of second grooves; and a sleeve member which is disposed between the yoke tube and the yoke shaft so as to rotatably support the plurality of balls. The sleeve member includes a plurality of ball support portions in which a plurality of ball mounting holes in which the plurality of balls are rotatably mounted are formed to be spaced apart from each other in the axial direction, and the plurality of ball support portions are formed in a columnar shape having a circular longitudinal section, such that the plurality of balls can be stably mounted and maintained in the plurality of ball mounting holes.

    Un arbre intermédiaire d'un système de direction de véhicule selon la présente invention comprend: un tube de fourche dans lequel une pluralité de premières rainures s'étendant dans la direction axiale sur la surface périphérique interne d'une extrémité de celui-ci sont formées de façon à être espacées les unes des autres le long de la direction circonférentielle; un arbre de fourche dans lequel une pluralité de secondes rainures respectivement opposées à la pluralité de premières rainures s'étendent dans la direction axiale et sont formées de façon à être espacées les unes des autres le long de la direction circonférentielle sur la surface circonférentielle externe d'une extrémité de celui-ci insérée dans une extrémité du tube de fourche; une pluralité de billes insérées dans la pluralité de premières rainures et la pluralité de secondes rainures; et un élément de manchon qui est disposé entre le tube de fourche et l'arbre de fourche de façon à supporter de manière rotative la pluralité de billes. L'élément de manchon comprend une pluralité de parties de support de billes dans lesquelles une pluralité de trous de montage de billes dans lesquels la pluralité de billes sont montées de manière rotative sont formés de façon à être espacés les un des autres dans la direction axiale, et la pluralité de parties de support de billes sont formées selon une configuration en colonne ayant une section longitudinale circulaire, de sorte que la pluralité de billes peut être montée et maintenue de façon stable dans la pluralité de trous de montage de billes.

    본 발명에 따른 차량 조향시스템의 인터미디어트 샤프트는, 일단부 내주면에 축방향으로 연장되는 복수개의 제1 그루브가 원주방향을 따라 서로 이격되어 형성된 요크 튜브와, 상기 요크 튜브의 일단부 내로 삽입되는 일단부 외주면에 상기 복수개의 제1 그루브와 각각 대향되는 복수개의 제2 그루브가 축방향으로 연장되고 원주방향을 따라 서로 이격되어 형성된 요크 샤프트와, 상기 복수개의 제1 그루브 및 상기 복수개의 제2 그루브에 삽입되는 복수개의 볼과, 상기 요크 튜브 및 상기 요크 샤프트 사이에 배치되어 상기 복수개의 볼을 회전 가능하게 지지하는 슬리브 부재를 포함하고, 상기 슬리브 부재는 상기 복수개의 볼이 회전 가능하게 장착되는 복수개의 볼장착홀이 축방향으로 서로 이격되어 형성된 복수개의 볼지지부를 포함하며, 상기 복수개의 볼지지부는 종단면이 원형인 기둥형상으로 형성되어서, 상기 복수개의 볼이 상기 복수개의 볼장착홀에 안정적으로 장착된 상태를 유지할 수 있다.
