Unlike manual driving by a user, an autonomous vehicle runs autonomously in accordance with a control signal by means of a communication network. Therefore, if it is determined that a malfunction in an autonomous driving-related device has occurred or is highly likely to occur due to hacking, a managing means is required in order to secure the safety of a user in the autonomous vehicle. Accordingly, a vehicle in the present invention receives from a server a hacking warning message, which is the basis of determining whether or not a device associated with autonomous driving has been hacked, and, on the basis of the received hacking warning message, can identify a device which can be hacked and determine whether or not the relevant device has been hacked. If it is determined that hacking has occurred or is highly likely to occur, the vehicle, in response to same, can secure the safety of a user by resetting a bypass route or requesting the user or the server for support. In the present invention, at least one among an autonomous vehicle, a user terminal and a server can be linked to an artificial intelligence module, a drone (unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)) robot, an augmented reality (AR) device, a virtual reality (VR) device, a device associated with a 5G service and the like.

    Selon l'invention, contrairement à la conduite manuelle par un utilisateur, un véhicule autonome fonctionne de manière autonome en fonction d'un signal de commande au moyen d'un réseau de communication. Par conséquent, s'il est établi qu'un dysfonctionnement au niveau d'un dispositif associé à une conduite autonome s'est produit ou est très susceptible de se produire en raison d'un piratage, un moyen de gestion est nécessaire pour assurer la sécurité d'un utilisateur dans le véhicule autonome. En conséquence, la présente invention porte sur un véhicule qui reçoit en provenance d'un serveur un message d'avertissement de piratage, qui constitue la base permettant de déterminer si un dispositif associé à une conduite autonome a été piraté, et qui, sur la base du message d'avertissement de piratage reçu, peut identifier un dispositif susceptible d'être piraté et déterminer si le dispositif pertinent a été piraté ou non. S'il est établi qu'un piratage s'est produit ou est très susceptible de se produire, le véhicule peut alors assurer la sécurité d'un utilisateur en réinitialisant un itinéraire de dérivation ou en demandant l'assistance de l'utilisateur ou du serveur. Dans la présente invention, au moins un élément parmi un véhicule autonome, un terminal utilisateur et un serveur peut être relié à un module d'intelligence artificielle, à un drone (véhicule aérien sans pilote (UAV)), à un robot, à un dispositif de réalité augmentée (AR), à un dispositif de réalité virtuelle (VR), à un dispositif associé à un service 5G et analogues.

    자율주행차량은 사용자의 수동주행과 달리 차량이 통신망을 이용하여 제어 신호에 따라 자율적으로 운행하므로, 해킹에 의하여 자율 주행에 관련된 장치에 오작동이 유발되거나 유발될 가능성이 높은 것으로 판단되는 경우에는 자율주행차량에 탑승한 사용자의 안전을 보장하기 위한 대응 수단을 필요로 할 것이다. 이에 본 발명에서 차량은 서버로부터 자율 주행과 관련된 장치의 해킹 여부 판단에 기초가 되는 해킹 경고 메시지를 수신하고, 수신된 해킹 경고 메시지에 기초하여 해킹 대상이 되는 장치를 식별 및 해당 장치의 해킹 여부를 판단할 수 있다. 만약 해킹되었거나 해킹될 우려가 높은 것으로 판단될 시 차량은 이에 대응하여 우회하는 이동경로를 재설정하거나, 사용자 또는 서버에 지원을 요청함으로써 사용자의 안전을 보장할 수 있다. 본 발명의 자율 주행 차량, 휴대 단말 및 서버 중 하나 이상이 인공지능(Artificial Intelligence) 모듈, 드론(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, UAV) 로봇, 증강 현실(Augumented Reality, AR) 장치, 가상 현시(Virtual Reality, VR) 장치, 5G 서비스와 관련된 장치 등과 연결될 수 있다.
