A method performed by a system for providing a parking lot reservation service, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, may comprise the steps of: receiving origin information and destination information from a user device; on the basis of the received destination information, identifying real-time parking space information of each of at least one parking lot located within a reference distance from a location of the destination information; determining at least one candidate parking lot from among the at least one parking lot; transmitting the origin information and the destination information to a traffic information system and receiving an estimated arrival time which has been calculated by the traffic information system on the basis of the origin information and the destination information; on the basis of big data stored in a database, calculating an estimated available parking space of each of the at least one candidate parking lot at the estimated arrival time; and transmitting, to the user device, information regarding the at least one candidate parking lot and each estimated available parking space. Various other embodiments are possible.

    본 개시의 일 실시예에 따른 주차장 예약 서비스를 제공하기 위한 시스템이 수행하는 방법은, 사용자 장치로부터 출발지 정보 및 목적지 정보를 수신하는 단계; 수신된 목적지 정보에 기초하여 목적지 정보의 위치로부터 기준 거리 내에 위치하는 적어도 하나의 주차장의 각각의 실시간 주차 공간 정보를 식별하는 단계; 적어도 하나의 주차장 중에서 적어도 하나의 후보 주차장을 결정하는 단계; 출발지 정보 및 목적지 정보를 교통정보 시스템으로 송신하고, 교통정보 시스템이 출발지 정보 및 목적지 정보를 기초로 산출한 도착 예상 시각을 수신하는 단계; 데이터베이스에 저장된 빅데이터를 기초로, 도착 예상 시각에서의 적어도 하나의 후보 주차장의 각각의 예상 가용 주차 공간을 산출하는 단계; 및 적어도 하나의 후보 주차장 및 각각의 예상 가용 주차 공간에 대한 정보를 사용자 장치에 송신하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다. 그 밖의 다양한 실시예가 가능하다.
