In the promotion of a silk road express (SRX) line that connects a new railway silk road running about 20,000 km from the Korean Peninsula to Europe, using, in order to act as an intercontinental bridge that is the starting point of a new silk road and connects Eurasia and the Pacific, rail tracks that having different track gauges in different countries, in addition to different voltages and locomotive control methods between the countries, on the basis of those of the Republic of Korea, has been technically problematic. In order to resolve a technical problem in which: the rail track gauges of the major countries are slightly different; a track gauge, which is the spacing of rails, is a broad gauge (1,524 mm) in Russia, Finland and the like, and is a standard gauge (1,345 mm) in European countries, South Korea, North Korea, China, Iran, Iraq, Morocco and the like; and the countries use the different track gauges so that trains cannot compatibly travel between the countries, the objective of the present invention is to provide a Eurasian train wheel structure having a broader wheel tread inclined section (1/20-1/40) of a train wheel, and having a new outer flange formed in addition to a conventional inner flange so as to be capable of freely rolling and traveling in standard-gauge and broad-gauge sections.

    La présente invention concerne la promotion d'une ligne express de la route de la soie (SRX) qui relie une nouvelle route de la soie ferroviaire sur environ 20 000 km de la péninsule coréenne à l'Europe afin de servir de pont intercontinental qui est le point de départ d'une nouvelle route de la soie et qui relie l'Eurasie et le Pacifique. Cependant, l'existence de voies ferrées présentant différents écartements de voies selon les pays, en plus des tensions et des procédés de commande de locomotive différents entre les pays, sur la base de ceux de la République de Corée, a posé des problèmes techniques. Afin de résoudre un problème technique dans lequel : les écartements des voies ferrées des principaux pays sont légèrement différents; un écartement des voies, qui est l'espacement des rails, est un écartement large (1 524 mm) en Russie, en Finlande et dans d'autres pays similaires, et est un écartement standard (1 345 mm) dans les pays européens, en Corée du Sud, en Corée du Nord, en Chine, en Iran, en Irak, au Maroc et dans d'autres pays similaires; et les pays utilisent des écartements de voies différents de sorte que les trains ne peuvent pas circuler de manière compatible entre les pays, l'objectif de la présente invention est de fournir une structure de roue de train Europe-Asie ayant une section inclinée de table de roulement de roue plus large (1/20-1/40) d'une roue de train, et ayant un nouveau rebord extérieur formé en plus d'un rebord intérieur conventionnel de manière à pouvoir rouler et circuler librement dans des sections à écartement standard et large.

    한반도에서 유럽까지 2만여Km를 새로운 철로 실크로드를 잇는 SRX(Silk Road express)line을 추진하면서 새로운 실크로드의 출발점이자 유라시아~태평양을 잇는 대륙교(大陸橋) 역활을 위해서는 대한민국을 기준하여 국가간 상이한 전압과 기관차 제어방식 외에 궤도 간격이 국가마다 다른 레일 궤도를 사용하는데 기술적인 문제가 되어왔다. 주요국가의 레일 궤간은 조금씩 다른데 러시아와 핀란드 등의 레일간의 간격인 궤간은 광궤간(1524mm)이고, 유럽 각국과 한국,북한,중국,이란,이라크,모로코 등은 표준궤간(1345mm)으로, 서로 다른 궤간을 사용하고 있어 국가간 열차는 상호 호환적으로 주행할 수 없는 기술적인 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 발명인 차륜의 답면경사구간(1/20~1/40)을 넓히고 종례의 내측 플렌지에 외측 플렌지를 새롭게 형성하여 표준궤도와 광궤도 구간을 자유롭게 구름주행이 가능한 유라시아차륜 구조를 제공하는데 있다.
