A bicycle saddle angle adjusting device comprises an elastic member, a lower body, and an upper body. The elastic member is positioned in front of a central shaft corresponding to the longitudinal direction in which a seat post extends. The lower body is fixed and coupled to the seat post and protrudes forward so as to support the lower end of the elastic member. The upper body includes a saddle coupling part fixed and coupled to a saddle, is positioned at least on the top of the elastic member so as to support the upper end of the elastic member, and is hinge coupled to the lower body so as to rotate with respect to a rotational shaft such that the angle of the saddle varies with respect to the lower body relatively fixed to the seat post by means of an external force. The elastic member is positioned in front of a central line of the lower body, the rotational shaft is positioned behind the central line of the lower body, and the saddle coupling part is positioned in front of the central line of the lower body, behind the elastic member, and above the rotational shaft. Accordingly, it is possible to improve a user's convenience and riding quality by easily adjusting the angle of the saddle.
