Disclosed are a device for emergency charging of a vehicle battery and a method for emergency charging of a vehicle battery using same, the device comprising: a super capacitor comprising a plurality of units; a relay for switching a flow of an electric current between the super capacitor and the vehicle battery according to a charge or discharge mode; and a controller for controlling the relay according to the charge or discharge mode. When the super capacitor and the vehicle battery are discharged to a predetermined level or lower, said device and method perform an emergency charge mode for charging the super capacitor by using the residual electric power of the vehicle battery.

    L'invention concerne un dispositif de charge d'urgence d'une batterie de véhicule et un procédé de charge d'urgence d'une batterie de véhicule l'utilisant, le dispositif comprenant : un supercondensateur comprenant une pluralité d'unités ; un relais destiné à commuter un flux d'un courant électrique entre le supercondensateur et la batterie de véhicule selon un mode de charge ou de décharge ; et un dispositif de commande destiné à commander le relais selon le mode de charge ou de décharge. Lorsque le supercondensateur et la batterie de véhicule sont déchargés jusqu'à un niveau prédéterminé ou moins, ledit dispositif et ledit procédé réalisent un mode de charge d'urgence destiné à charger le supercondensateur en utilisant l'énergie électrique résiduelle de la batterie de véhicule.

    복수의 유닛으로 구성된 슈퍼 커패시터, 상기 슈퍼 커패시터와 자동차 배터리 사이의 전류의 흐름을 충전 또는 방전 모드에 따라 전환하는 릴레이, 충전 모드 또는 방전 모드에 따라 상기 릴레이를 제어하는 제어부를 구비하는 자동차 배터리 비상 충전 장치 및 이를 이용한 자동차 배터리 비상 충전 방법은, 상기 슈퍼 커패시터와 상기 자동차 배터리가 각기 일정 수준 이하로 방전된 경우에 상기 자동차 배터리의 잔류 전원을 이용하여 상기 슈퍼 커패시터를 충전하는 비상 충전 모드를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
