That is, the present invention confirms an intention of a person detected in a video to walk on a crosswalk, and controls the operation of traffic lights according to the confirmed intention to walk, so as to prevent an accident caused by a pedestrian vulnerable to traffic while walking on a crosswalk, such as a child, an elderly person, a disabled person, etc., improve safety at the crosswalk, induce safe driving on a road for the pedestrian vulnerable to traffic and waiting for a long time due to a frequent signal system on a farm road and a back road, and improve convenience for the pedestrian vulnerable to traffic.

    La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'analyse d'une vidéo destiné à détecter un véhicule et un piéton sur la base d'un apprentissage profond, et un procédé associé. Autrement dit, la présente invention confirme une intention d'une personne détectée dans une vidéo de traverser sur un passage pour piétons, et commande le fonctionnement de feux de signalisation en fonction de l'intention confirmée de traverser, de façon à éviter un accident provoqué par un piéton vulnérable face au trafic pendant qu'il traverse sur un passage pour piétons, tel qu'un enfant, une personne âgée, une personne handicapée, etc., améliore la sécurité au niveau du passage pour piétons, induit une conduite sécurisée sur une route pour le piéton qui est vulnérable face au trafic et qui attend pendant une longue période en raison d'un système de signalisation à intervalles rapprochés sur un chemin de ferme ou une route de campagne, et améliore la commodité pour le piéton vulnérable face au trafic.

    본 발명은 딥러닝 기반 차량 및 보행자 감지 영상 분석 장치 및 그 방법을 개시한다. 즉, 본 발명은 영상에서 검출된 사람의 횡단 보도로의 보행 의사를 확인한 후, 확인된 보행 의사에 따라 신호등의 동작을 제어함으로써, 어린이, 고령자, 장애인 등의 횡단보도 보행 교통 약자에 의한 사고 발생을 방지하며, 횡단보도에서의 안정성을 향상시키고, 농로 및 이면도로에서의 빈번한 신호 체계로 장시간 대기 중인 교통 약자에게 안전한 도로 주행을 유도하며, 교통 약자의 편의성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
