Embodiments according to one aspect of the present disclosure relate to a suspension arm. A suspension arm according to an exemplary embodiment comprises: a ball stud including a spherical ball; a bearing in which a ball is received; a housing having the inner periphery, the outer periphery, and the lower end portion connecting the lower end of the inner periphery and the lower end of the outer periphery, wherein the ball and the bearing are spaced from the inner periphery and are received in the housing; an arm body coupled to a portion of the outer periphery of the housing; and an insert molding portion formed on the outer periphery of the bearing, the inner periphery of the housing, and the lower end portion of the housing so as to couple the bearing and the housing to each other. The inner periphery of the housing includes an uneven portion formed along the circumferential direction and a first groove formed along the circumferential direction from the lower side of the uneven portion. A second groove is formed on the lower end portion of the housing along the circumferential direction. The first and the second groove are filled with the insert molding portion.
