The present disclosure relates to a suspension arm for a vehicle. The suspension arm can comprise: a ball stud comprising a spherical ball; a bearing accommodating the ball; a housing having an inner peripheral part and an outer peripheral part and accommodating the bearing inside the inner peripheral part; an arm body coupled to the outer peripheral part of the housing; and an insert molding portion injected on the lower part of the bearing and the outer peripheral part of the housing and coupled to the bearing, housing and arm body. A matching portion, which protrudes outward in the radial direction from the upper side of the outer peripheral part and comprises a matching surface formed so as to come into contact with a mold, can be formed on the housing. By means of the matching portion, the matching surface with respect to the mold is obtained, the volume of the housing is reduced, and the weight of the suspension arm can be reduced.

    La présente invention concerne un bras de suspension pour un véhicule. Le bras de suspension peut comprendre : un pivot à rotule comprenant une bille sphérique ; un palier recevant la bille ; un logement ayant une partie périphérique interne et une partie périphérique externe et recevant le palier à l'intérieur de la partie périphérique interne ; un corps de bras accouplé à la partie périphérique externe du logement ; et une partie de moulage d'insert injectée sur la partie inférieure du palier et la partie périphérique externe du logement et accouplée au palier, au logement et au corps de bras. Une partie d'appariement, qui fait saillie vers l'extérieur dans la direction radiale à partir du côté supérieur de la partie périphérique externe et comprend une surface d'appariement formée de façon à venir en contact avec un moule, peut être formée sur le logement. Au moyen de la partie d'appariement, la surface d'appariement par rapport au moule est obtenue, le volume du logement est réduit, et le poids du bras de suspension peut être réduit.

    본 개시는 차량용 현가 암에 관한 것이다. 현가 암은, 구형의 볼을 포함하는 볼 스터드, 볼이 수용되는 베어링, 내주부 및 외주부을 갖고 내주부 내에 베어링이 수용되는 하우징, 하우징의 외주부에 결합되는 암 바디, 베어링의 하부 및 하우징의 외주부에 사출되어 베어링, 하우징 및 암 바디와 결합되는 인서트 몰딩부를 포함할 수 있다. 하우징에는 외주부의 상측에서 반경방향 외측으로 돌출되고 금형과 접촉하도록 구성된 매칭면을 포함하는 매칭부가 형성될 수 있다. 매칭부가 형성됨으로 인하여, 금형과의 매칭면을 확보하는 동시에 하우징의 부피를 줄이고 현가 암의 중량을 저감할 수 있다.
