The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a seat fabric having hot wires and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a seat fabric having hot wires, and the seat fabric, the method allowing simple and easy attachment and fixing of hot wires, which are provided in a vehicle seat so as to supply a heat source, to one surface of a fabric sheet without needling so as to prevent damage to the hot wires, thereby improving the quality of heat conduction, and enabling more heat to be transmitted to the front. A seat fabric of the present invention is a seat fabric having hot wires, comprising: a fabric sheet member to be attached to a vehicle seat or furniture; a hot wire-attached coating layer for attaching the hot wires to one surface of the fabric sheet member; the hot wires layered on the hot wire-attached coating layer; and a hot wire protection sheet layered on and attached to the hot wire-attached coating layer so as to fix the hot wires.

    La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un tissu de siège ayant des fils chauds et, plus spécifiquement, un procédé de fabrication d'un tissu de siège ayant des fils chauds, et le tissu de siège, le procédé permettant un raccordement et une fixation simples et faciles de fils chauds, qui sont disposés dans un siège de véhicule de façon à fournir une source de chaleur, à une surface d'une feuille de tissu sans piqûre de manière à empêcher un endommagement des fils chauds, ce qui permet d'améliorer la qualité de conduction thermique et de transmettre plus de chaleur à l'avant. Un tissu de siège selon la présente invention est un tissu de siège ayant des fils chauds, comprenant : un élément feuille de tissu à fixer à un siège de véhicule ou à un meuble ; une couche de revêtement fixée à un fil chaud pour fixer les fils chauds à une surface de l'élément feuille de tissu ; les fils chauds qui sont disposés en couches sur la couche de revêtement fixée à un fil chaud ; et une feuille de protection de fil chaud stratifiée sur la couche de revêtement fixée à un fil chaud et fixée à celle-ci de façon à fixer les fils chauds.

    본 발명은 열선이 구비된 시트지의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서 보다 상세하게는 자동차용 의자에 설치하여 열원을 공급하도록 하는 열선을 간편하고 쉽게 원단의 일면에 니들링을 하지 않고 열선을 부착시켜 고정함으로써 열선의 파손을 방지하여 열전도의 품질을 향상시키고 보다 많은 열을 앞쪽으로 전달할 수 있도록 한 열선이 구비된 시트지의 제조방법 및 그 시트지에 관한 것으로 본 발명의 시트지는 열선이 구비된 시트지에 있어서, 자동차 의자 또는 가구에 부착하기 위한 원단부재와; 상기 원단부재의 일면에 열선을 부착시키기 위한 열선부착코팅층과; 상기 열선부착코팅층에 적층되는 열선과; 상기 열선부착코팅층에 적층 및 부착되어 열선을 고정하는 열선보호지로 이루어진 것에 그 특징이 있다.
