The present invention relates to a preparation of an alloy composition having excellent heat resistance and oil resistance. The alloy composition having excellent heat resistance and oil resistance of the present invention is characterized by containing 40-60 parts by weight of a polyphenylene ether (PPE) resin, 40-60 parts by weight of a polyamide 66 (PA66) resin, and 7-8 parts by weight of a compatibilizer. The alloy composition having excellent heat resistance and oil resistance of the present invention as configured above has excellent compatibility, and retains both the features of PPE, which are heat resistance and dimensional stability, and the features of PA, which are heat resistance, oil resistance, and molding processability, and thus exhibits excellent physical and chemical characteristics. Therefore, the alloy composition is an industrially useful invention that can be usefully used in the production of molded articles, such as car accessories.

    La présente invention concerne une préparation d'une composition d'alliage possédant une excellente résistance à la chaleur et une excellente résistance à l'huile. La composition d'alliage possédant une excellente résistance à la chaleur et une excellente résistance à l'huile de la présente invention est caractérisée en ce qu'elle contient 40-60 parties en poids d'un éther de polyphénylène (PPE), 40-60 parties en poids d'une résine de polyamide 66 (PA66) et 7-8 parties en poids d'un agent de compatibilité. La composition d'alliage possédant une excellente résistance à la chaleur et une excellente résistance à l'huile de la présente invention telle que conçue ci-dessus possède une excellente compatibilité et conserve à la fois les caractéristiques du PPE - résistance à la chaleur et stabilité dimensionnelle - et les caractéristiques du PA - résistance à la chaleur, résistance à l'huile et aptitude au traitement par moulage - et présente ainsi d'excellentes caractéristiques physiques et chimiques. Par conséquent, la composition d'alliage est une invention industriellement utile qui peut être utilisée de manière utile dans la production d'articles moulés, tels que des accessoires de voiture.

    본 발명은 내열성 및 내유성이 우수한 얼로이 조성물의 제조에 관한 것으로, 상기한 본 발명의 내열성 및 내유성이 우수한 얼로이 조성물은 폴리페닐렌에테르(PPE) 수지 40~60 중량부, 폴리아미드66(PA66) 수지 40~60 중량부 및 상용화제 7~8 중량부로 이루어지는 얼로이 조성물임을 특징으로 한다. 상기와 같이 구성되는 본 발명의 내열성 및 내유성이 우수한 얼로이 조성물은 우수한 상용성을 가지며 PPE의 특징인 내열성, 치수 안정성과 PA의 특징인 내열성, 내유성, 성형 가공성을 모두 가지므로 우수한 물리적 화학적 특성을 나타내므로, 자동차 용품과 같은 성형품의 제조에 유용하게 사용될 수 있는 산업적으로 유용한 발명이다.
