The present invention relates to an air cleaning module mounted to a vehicle-mounted air cleaning device, and the air cleaning module mounted to a vehicle-mounted air cleaning device according to the present invention is a high-efficiency air cleaning module mounted to a small-sized, vehicle-mounted air cleaning device which is mounted on a vehicle and is operated by vehicle power, the air cleaning module comprising: two photocatalytic panels produced into a predetermined geometric structure by aggregating and forming, into the form of a panel, a plurality of silicon-containing beads coated with a photocatalytic material; four ultraviolet (UV) lamp parts for emitting UV light in the UV-A wavelength band; two lamp disposition parts which each have two of the UV lamp parts disposed and fixed on one surface thereof facing the respective photocatalytic panel, and include a circuit element for the UV light emission of the UV lamp parts; a frame part which disposes and fixes, in a zigzag manner, the two photocatalytic panels at a predetermined inter-panel interval from each other so that a flow path of air is formed between the two photocatalytic panels, and which disposes and fixes the two UV lamp parts, disposed on the respective two lamp disposition parts, toward the respectively predetermined photocatalytic panels to satisfy a geometric relationship with a predetermined vertical distance therebetween; and a power supply part for generating operating power for applying a constant current of 350mA (±10mA) to each UV lamp part by using vehicle power applied from a vehicle.

    La présente invention concerne un module d'épuration d'air monté sur un dispositif d'épuration d'air monté sur un véhicule, le module selon la présente invention étant un module d'épuration d'air à haute efficacité monté sur un dispositif d'épuration d'air de petite taille monté sur un véhicule et fonctionnant avec la puissance fournie par le véhicule, ce module d'épuration d'air comprenant : deux panneaux photocatalytiques produits de manière à obtenir une structure géométrique prédéterminée par agrégation et formation, sous la forme d'un panneau, d'une pluralité de billes contenant du silicium revêtues d'un matériau photocatalytique; quatre parties lampes ultraviolettes (UV) destinées à émettre une lumière UV dans la plage de longueur d'onde UV-A; deux parties de disposition de lampe sur chacune desquelles sont disposées et fixées deux des parties lampes UV sur une surface faisant face au panneau photocatalytique respectif et qui comprennent un élément de circuit pour l'émission de lumière UV des parties lampes UV; une partie cadre qui dispose et fixe,en zigzag, les deux panneaux photocatalytiques à un intervalle entre panneaux prédéterminé l'un de l'autre de telle sorte qu'un trajet d'écoulement d'air est formé entre les deux panneaux photocatalytiques, et qui dispose et fixe les deux parties lampes UV, disposées sur les deux parties de disposition de lampe respectives, en direction des panneaux photocatalytiques prédéterminés respectivement pour obéir à une relation géométrique avec une distance verticale prédéterminée entre elles; et une partie d'alimentation électrique pour générer une puissance de fonctionnement pour appliquer un courant constant de 350 mA (± 10 mA) à chaque partie lampe UV en utilisant une puissance de véhicule appliquée à partir d'un véhicule.

    본 발명은 차량 거치형 공기정화장치에 탑재되는 공기정화모듈에 있어서, 본 발명에 따른 차량 거치형 공기정화장치에 탑재되는 공기정화모듈은, 차량에 거치되어 차량 전원을 통해 동작하는 소형의 차량 거치형 공기정화장치에 탑재되는 고효율 공기정화모듈에 있어서, 광촉매 물질을 코팅한 복수의 규소 성분 구슬들을 패널 형태로 집적 성형하여 지정된 기하학 구조로 제작된 2개의 광촉매 패널과, UV(UltraViolet)-A 파장 대역의 UV를 방출하는 4개의 UV램프부와, 광촉매 패널에 대향하는 일 면에 2개의 UV램프부를 배치 고정하며 상기 UV램프부의 UV 발광을 위한 회로 구성을 구비한 2개의 램프배치부와, 상기 2개의 광촉매 패널 사이에 공기의 유로(Flowing Path)를 형성하도록 상기 2개의 광촉매 패널을 지정된 패널 간 간격만큼 이격시켜 지그재그 배치 고정하며, 상기 2개의 램프배치부에 배치된 2개의 UV램프부를 각기 지정된 광촉매 패널 측으로 지향시켜 지정된 수직거리만큼 이격한 기하학적 관계로 배치 고정하는 프레임부와, 차량으로부터 인가되는 차량 전원을 이용하여 각 UV램프부 당 350mA(±10mA)의 정전류를 인가하기 위한 동작 전원을 생성하는 전원부를 구비한다.
