The present invention relates to a floating system of a marine power generation platform, the system comprising: a plurality of floating bodies in which high-pressure air and ballast water are contained so as to form buoyancy; a connecting member for connecting the plurality of floating bodies to each other; a ballast water moving pipe through which the ballast water contained in the plurality of floating bodies moves therebetween; a high-pressure tank for supplying the high-pressure air into the plurality of floating bodies; a compressor for replenishing air pressure inside the high-pressure tank; a balance sensor for sensing a balanced state of each of the plurality of floating bodies and transmitting a signal; and a control unit, which receives the signal of the balance sensor so as to control the amount of air supplied from the high-pressure tank to the floating bodies and the amount of air discharged to the outside from the inside of the floating bodies, wherein, when the balance sensor recognizes that a portion of the plurality of floating bodies sinks lower than the other floating bodies such that the balance thereof is lost, the plurality of floating bodies maintain an overall balance by the control of the control unit, which supplies the high-pressure air into the portion of the floating bodies so as to move the ballast water inside the portion of the floating bodies to the other floating bodies, and discharges the high-pressure air present in the other floating bodies into which the ballast water has flowed. The present invention facilitates movement to a distant sea since the total weight of the floating system is light, can use a thin steel plate while maintaining the required strength, and can quickly enable balance between the floating bodies.

    La présente invention concerne un système flottant de plate-forme de génération d'énergie marine. Le système comprend : une pluralité de corps flottants contenant de l'air à haute pression et de l'eau de ballast de façon à produire une flottaison ; un élément de raccordement conçu pour raccorder les uns aux autres les corps flottants de la pluralité de corps flottants ; un conduit de déplacement d'eau de ballast par l'intermédiaire duquel l'eau de ballast se trouvant dans la pluralité de corps flottants circule entre ceux-ci ; un réservoir à haute pression conçu pour délivrer l'air à haute pression à la pluralité de corps flottants ; un compresseur conçu pour compléter la pression d'air à l'intérieur du réservoir à haute pression ; un capteur d'équilibre conçu pour détecter un état équilibré de chaque corps flottant de la pluralité de corps flottants et pour émettre un signal ; et une unité de commande qui reçoit le signal du capteur d'équilibre de façon à commander la quantité d'air délivrée aux corps flottants par le réservoir à haute pression et la quantité d'air évacuée à l'extérieur depuis l'intérieur des corps flottants. Lorsque le capteur d'équilibre détermine qu'une partie de la pluralité de corps flottants s'enfonce plus bas que les autres corps flottants, de sorte qu'il y a perte d'équilibre de ceux-ci, la pluralité de corps flottants maintient un équilibre global grâce à la commande de l'unité de commande qui délivre l'air à haute pression dans la partie des corps flottants de façon à faire circuler l'eau de ballast à l'intérieur de la partie des corps flottants jusqu'aux autres corps flottants et évacue l'air à haute pression se trouvant dans les autres corps flottants dans lesquels l'eau de ballast a circulé. La présente invention facilite un déplacement en mer sur une longue distance. En effet, le poids total du système flottant est léger. De plus, ledit système peut contenir une fine plaque d'acier tout en conservant la résistance requise et il peut permettre d'équilibrer rapidement les corps flottants.

    본 발명은 해수 발전플랫폼의 부유시스템에 관한 것으로서, 내부에 고압공기와 평형수가 담겨져 부력을 형성하는 다수개의 부유체와; 상기 다수개의 부유체를 서로 연결하는 연결부재와; 상기 다수개의 부유체에 포함된 상기 평형수가 서로 이동하는 평형수이동관과; 상기 다수개의 부유체 내부로 고압공기를 공급하기 위한 고압탱크와; 상기 고압탱크 내부의 공기압을 보충하기 위한 컴프레셔와; 상기 다수개의 부유체 각각의 평형상태를 감지하고 신호를 전송하는 평형센서; 및, 상기 평형센서의 신호를 받아 상기 고압탱크로부터 상기 부유체로 공급되는 공기량과 상기 부유체 내부에서 외부로 배출되는 공기량을 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 다수개의 부유체 중 일부가 다른 부유체에 비해 가라앉아 평형이 깨진 것을 평형센서가 인식하면, 그 일부의 부유체 내부에 고압공기를 공급하여 상기 일부의 부유체 내부의 평형수를 다른 부유체로 이동시키고, 상기 평형수가 유입된 다른 부유체의 내부에 존재하던 고압공기는 배출시키는 제어부의 제어에 의해 상기 다수개의 부유체가 전체적으로 평형을 유지하도록 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 부유시스템의 전체 무게가 가벼워서 먼바다까지 이동이 용이하고 필요한 강도를 유지하면서도 얇은 강판을 사용할 수 있으며, 부유체들 사이의 평형을 신속하게 이룰 수 있다.
