The present invention relates to a bicycle crank structure which has a firm support structure comprising a crankshaft coupled in a frame hub of a bicycle, and crank arms coupled to both ends of the crankshaft, and which has an assembly structure that is easily reparable and replaceable. A bicycle crank structure is provided wherein, the crankshaft has provided thereto: a main shaft provided in the frame hub; coupling shafts each integrally formed on both ends of the main shaft and protruding towards the outer side of the hub; and binding holes each penetrating in a predetermined length direction inside the respective coupling shafts. The binding holes are formed so that the inner diameters thereof gradually decrease towards the inside, and first fastening holes, communicating with the binding holes and having inner diameters that are smaller than the minimum values of the inner diameters of the binding holds, extend in a predetermined length direction towards the inside of the main shaft via the insides of the coupling shafts so as to be formed as plugged holes. Recess parts and protrusion parts are repeatedly arranged on the outer circumferential surfaces of the coupling shafts in the length directions of the coupling shafts, and cut holes, communicating with the binding holes and the first fastening holes, are each formed on a recess part on one side, and a recess part on the other side facing the recess part on the one side.

    La présente invention concerne une structure de manivelle de bicyclette qui a une structure de support ferme comprenant un vilebrequin couplé dans un moyeu de cadre d'une bicyclette, et des bras de manivelle couplés aux deux extrémités du vilebrequin, et qui a une structure d'assemblage qui est facilement réparable et remplaçable. Une structure de manivelle de bicyclette est prévue, le vilebrequin comprenant: un arbre principal disposé dans le moyeu de cadre; des arbres de couplage formés chacun d'un seul tenant sur les deux extrémités de l'arbre principal et faisant saillie vers le côté extérieur du moyeu; et des trous de liaison pénétrant chacun dans une direction longitudinale prédéterminée à l'intérieur des arbres de couplage respectifs. Les trous de liaison sont formés de telle sorte que leurs diamètres internes diminuent progressivement vers l'intérieur, et des premiers trous de fixation, communiquant avec les trous de liaison et ayant des diamètres internes inférieurs aux valeurs minimales des diamètres internes des trous de liaison, s'étendent dans une direction longitudinale prédéterminée vers l'intérieur de l'arbre principal via l'intérieur des arbres de couplage de façon à être formés sous la forme de trous bouchés. Sur les surfaces circonférentielles externes des arbres de couplage, des parties d'évidement et des parties de saillie sont disposées de manière répétée dans les directions longitudinales des arbres de couplage, et des trous de bouchon, communiquant avec les trous de liaison et les premiers trous de fixation, sont formés chacun sur une partie d'évidement sur un côté, et une partie d'évidement sur l'autre côté faisant face à la partie d'évidement sur le côté.

    본 발명은 자전거의 프레임 허브 내에 결합된 크랭크축과 상기 크랭크축 양단에 결합되는 크랭크 아암의 견고한 지지구조를 가지면서 수리 및 교체가 용이한 조립구조를 가지는 자전거의 크랭크 구조체에 관한 것으로서, 크랭크축은 프레임 허브에 내속되는 주축과 상기 주축 양단에 각각 일체로 형성되어 허브 외측으로 돌출되는 결합축이 형성되며, 상기 결합축 내부의 소정 길이방향으로 관통된 결속홀이 형성되되, 내부로 갈수록 내경이 점진적으로 작아지는 형태로 형성되고, 상기 결속홀과 연통되면서 결속홀의 내경 최소값보다 작은 내경을 가진 제1체결공이 결합축 내부를 통해 주축의 내부로 소정의 길이방향으로 연장되어 막힘구멍의 형태로 형성되며, 상기 결합축의 외주면에 결합축의 길이방향으로 요부와 철부가 반복적으로 배열되면서 일측 요부와 상기 일측 요부와 마주하는 타측 요부에 각각 결속홀과 제1체결공으로 연통되는 절개공이 형성된 자전거의 크랭크 구조체를 제공한다.
