The present invention relates to a device and a method for preventing damage to a riser in a single point mooring (SPM) system and, particularly, to a device and a method for preventing damage to a riser in an SPM system, the device and the method sensing a manifold position of an SPM buoy and a pipeline end manifold (PLEM) at both end parts of a riser, so as to control a hexapod module capable of performing a six degrees of freedom motion such that the bend radius of the riser is greater than the minimum bend radius thereof while the stress of the riser is less than or equal to a set stress.

    La présente invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé pour empêcher un endommagement d'une colonne montante dans un système d'amarrage à point unique (SPM) et, en particulier, un dispositif et un procédé pour empêcher un endommagement d'une colonne montante dans un système SPM, le dispositif et le procédé détectant une position de collecteur d'une bouée SPM et un collecteur d'extrémité de pipeline (PLEM) au niveau des deux parties d'extrémité d'une colonne montante, de manière à commander un module hexapode capable de réaliser un mouvement à six degrés de liberté de telle sorte que le rayon de courbure de la colonne montante est supérieur au rayon de courbure minimal de celle-ci tandis que la contrainte de la colonne montante est inférieure ou égale à une contrainte définie.

    본 발명은 SPM(Single Point Mooring) 시스템에서 라이져(riser)의 손상을 방지하는 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 라이져의 양단부에서 SPM 부이 및 PLEM(Pipeline end manifold)의 매니폴드(manifold) 위치를 감지하여 라이져의 응력이 설정 응력 이하임과 아울러 라이져의 굽힘 반지름이 최소 굽힘 반지름 보다 크도록 6자유도 운동 가능한 헥사포드 모듈(hexapod module)을 제어하는, SPM 시스템에서 라이져의 손상을 방지하는 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
